>This past weekend the Hubby and I along with 2 of our good friends have the pleasure of eating dinner at the Culinary Institute of America. This was our friends first time there and our 5th.
I cannot put into words how FABULOUS the meal, and the company, was. I made the reservations for the 4 of us back in early January and was happy to find Saturday reservations available.
We dined this time at the Escoffier Restaurant, the most exquisite French food you could ask for. The best part is all of the chefs and waitstaff are students.
So in light of trying to describe my meal I will just post some pics of it at the end of this post……
