My True Love Hath My Heart

~ Phillip Sidney

My true-love hath my heart, and I have his,
By just exchange one for the other given:
I hold his dear, and mine he cannot miss;
There never was a bargain better driven.
His heart in me keeps me and him in one,
My heart in him his thoughts and senses guides;
He loves my heart for once it was his own;
I cherish his because in me it bides.
His heart his wound received from my sight;
My heart was wounded with his wounded heart;
For as from me on him his hurt did light,
So still me thought in me his hurt did smart:
Both equal hurt, in this change sought our bliss,
My true love hath my heart and I have his.

>So it’s been a month since vacation.

I won’t bore you with all the details, but I will say we had a great time. This was our first time cruising in November (we left thanksgiving weekend). This was also our first time on Celebrity Cruise Lines (LOVE IT). And finally this was the first time we decided to book with a group tour Pied Piper.

First cruising in November. It was kind of weird. We were in the Eastern Caribbean, San Juan, St Thomas, and St Maarten. They were all great islands. The weirdness came from Calypso and Reggae Christmas music, while wearing shorts and t-shirts and sweating. We definitely would go back to the islands and see more of them again.

Second cruising on Celebrity. One word FABULOUS! The hubby and I worked to get to Diamond Level status on Royal Caribbean (RC and Celebrity are owned by the same company). This transferred over to Celebrity as Elite Status. There were some perks we enjoyed especially the Captains Club Cocktail 2 hours. Free Drinks and So-So Hors D’evours. This also allowed us to meet some nice people who were also Captains club members.

Third cruising with Pied Piper. We really enjoyed the group (all 1016 of them) and will definitely sail with the PP group again albeit with a smaller crowd on a different cruise. The Post Thanksgiving Cruise is always Pied Pipers largest group.

Fourth the best part of the trip was traveling with our good friends. They made a great time even better!

So that pretty much wraps it up. There isn’t really a lot to tell, this was one of our more laid back cruises. Good times, good food, lots of relaxation and some good friends.
